Susan L Combs
Susan L. Combs is a best-selling author, keynote speaker, and founder of Combs & Company, a boutique insurance firm specializing in hard-to-place risks. Inspired by a simple request from her late father, Major General Roger E. Combs, she launched Pancakes for Roger, Inc., a nonprofit dedicated to honoring service and spreading gratitude. A recognized ACA expert and certified in the PPACA, Susan is a trusted advisor, expert witness, and former National President of Women in Insurance & Financial Services. Raised in a military family, her commitment to service extends to leadership roles with the University of Missouri Law School Veterans Clinic and the Jefferson Club Board of Trustees. When not helping others slay their dragons, she can be found lifting at CrossFit or cheering on the Missouri Tigers and Kansas City sports teams.
