In Today’s Episode I am joined by Cortland Dahl, he is a neuroscientist, author, and meditation expert dedicated to advancing human well-being. He is the creator of the Healthy Minds Program app, a free mindfulness and well-being tool featured in The New York Times and downloaded over a million times. Developed in collaboration with leading scientists, the app is now used in research at top institutions worldwide. Cortland lives in Madison, Wisconsin, where he continues to explore the science of the mind and teach meditation globally.
We explore how his journey with meditation began, the path it led him on around the world, and how it ultimately shaped his work in the science of well-being.
